Colorado Court Dismisses Charges Against Medical Marijuana Doctor | THE Weed Blog
After reading this article I have to question the morals of the officers who we depend on to uphold our laws.
If the average citizen acquire and used a false identity for their own financial gain, they would be charged with fraud and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Yet, when police do this to gain evidence against a suspect, it is an overlooked crime that is considered necessary for them to protect the public.
Here we have an officer of the law, faking an illness with falsified identification that is recognised under Colorado State as a legitimate reason to a recommendation for Medical Marijuana use.
