What I have found interesting about most arrest on the interstate highways is that a majority of those arrested seem to be of hispanic heritage. Sounds like the work of the violent Mexican drug cartels to me. I sometimes wonder if they intentionally leak information just to throw the law off the trail of the more profitable and dangerous drugs (cocaine,heroine,meth) being moved. Deception at it finest.
